COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnon Engineering 4136308 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marvelmind-Robotics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mahr-Perthen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Medtronic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marvelmind-Robotics such as the 468004E12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6720904 manufactured by Mahr-Perthen and we are pleased to be able to service most Mahr-Perthen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OEMH3255D00NM by Manufacturer Medtronic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Merlin-Gerin Brand 55755 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metropolitan-Lighting such as N6568596 equipment made by Metropolitan-Lighting have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metropolitan-Lighting products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metropolitan-Lighting" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C863K035 made by Mercury as well as the popular E4NLVDT original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 166372 by Menziken and N6568596 spares by Metropolitan-Lighting are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 886A201011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs. |
